A bit trendy for my usual taste, but I am still drawn to these Delman heels.

Maybe they'll go on 90% sale off after Thanksgiving or let me know if you see a pair of similarly fashionable, but deeply discounted versions :)

Melrose Place

I think I want the old MP DVD set. The new one is just not the same. And Amanda is the best character evaaaa.. plus she's got such a lovely name ;-)

Yep. I want. Plus I would probably understand much more than I did the first time around.

Target/Anna Sui Gossip Girl-Inspired Fashions

To be quite honest, I am not a huge fan of the line soon to hit Target stores September 13. I think it is rather tacky. But I do love this dress! I will do my best to grab it ASAP!

You can view the rest of Sui's leaked lookbook here.

I Want!

This shade of blush is one of my favorites. So pretty, so girly, so Christian Louboutin, so EXPENSIVE. I must have these. I found a discounted site for Louboutin shoes, but I am quite weary as to the authenticity. I will make a purchase and risk it before I blog the site's link... I will let you all know whether it's a winner or a not. Don't look for the follow-up post anytime too soon though... I am moving, and won't be that rich for a bit!

Madly in Love

I don't know who is not MADLY in love with this show. And especially madly in love with the Drapers. They are hands-down tv's sexiest couple-- screwed up, yes, but sexy nonetheless. I keep trying to force my brother to watch this show, as I am convinced it will as least come close to his love of The Sopranos (also written by Matthew Weiner). I must own the seasons, ASAP.

If you are not already watching Mad Men, you must be MAD! Note to new viewers: Watch the show from the beginning (rent it, stream it online, netflix, iTunes, etc.) and have patience. The beginning is slow. The show is never particularly full of "action", but it is a story of undertones and day-to-day. The setting in the '60s, the styles, the outfits are to die for, for the ladies. For guys watching the show, it is very much like Sopranos, the struggle of the alpha male to have it all or have a conscience. The interesting inside of the ad world, skewed politics, lack of PC and office-appropriate behavior, sexism and racism are all themes that bring some reality and historical value to the drama series.

Just tune in!
